K-8 Faith Formation Program

The Catholic Church has always taught that parents are the primary educators of their children in the faith.  To help parents teach the faith to their children, all K-8 Faith Formation grades will be covering similar topics each week.  In addition, Adult Faith Formation will be offered simultaneously in the Church for parents, grandparents, and all adults in the parish (attendance not mandatory, but highly encouraged).  Our firm hope is that families will be encouraged and supported in their effort to learn the faith together.

K-8 and Adult Faith Formation will occur on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:15 pm.

All high school youth (even if they attend a Catholic High School) are invited to the High School Youth Group from 7:30-9:30pm on Faith Formation evenings.

Middle School Youth Group will be held occasionally on Wednesday nights as well as part of the K-8 Faith Formation Program.

Note: All K-8 participants must register prior to attending class.  The cost is $100 per student.  There is a family max of $275.  For families qualifying for Free Lunch at public schools, the cost per student is $25.  For families qualifying for Reduced Lunch, the cost is $50 per student.  There is also a $50 sacramental fee for all children receiving First Holy Communion or Confirmation (Free/Reduced Lunch discount does not apply). This program for Grades K - 8 is a supplement to the Catholic practice of the child's family. Materials and resources are used to meet the Archdiocesan standards of religious education. Sessions for Grades K - 8 are Wednesday evenings, 6:00 - 7:15 pm.
