Adult Bible Study

Saint John's Church of Little Canada sponsors a weekly Scripture and Catholic Catechism Discussion Group. Participants meet from 6:30 to 8:00 pm on Thursdays. We meet in either the Lower Church Kitchen or Holy Family Room. Discussions are informal and based on a pre-designed daily reading schedule. Feel free to join us as often as you wish. Schedule with topics and locations can be found below. Contact the Faith Formation Office at 651-288-3259, for additional information.

Men's Faith Discussion Group

The Saint John's Men's Faith Discussion Group meets on Tuesdays, 9:00-11:00 am in the Fireside Room.

Our goal is to increase our spiritual growth through discussions of topics of interest to our religious formation: Vatican II, the Catechism, The Bible, Apologetics, Fathers of the Church and many other diverse topics regarding our Faith.  We enliven our studies with viewing DVDs and other educational media produced by renowned Catholic speakers, followed by discussions among ourselves.  The camaraderie and respectful exchange of thoughts among the group's participants is a unique, faith-growing experience that we invite others to share.

Come and join us after 8:00 Mass on Tuesday mornings for coffee, home-baked goodies and stimulating discussion.

Parish Library

Hundreds of resources to choose from – books, DVDs, study programs, study Bibles, etc… The library is located in the Lower Church (tucked in the very back behind the wall) but has a ton of great resources for inspiration, prayer, entertainment, and study!  A smaller selection of resources is featured in the Gathering Space every day as well.
